How does your warranty work?
Our warranty on labor for our projects lasts 3 years, excluding concrete or asphalt. Often times, certain materials have a longer warranty from the manufacturer, up to ten years.
How long does each project take?
Projects tend to range from 2 days to several weeks depending on the design, installation or repair you require. From our estimates to gathering materials, to the labor, we guarantee to be timely and efficient.

- We start with planning, making sure you’re going to receive exactly what you envision.
- A fully detailed proposal is provided for your review.
- We then obtain any permits necessary for the project.
- Next step: The design. This is where we capture your desires and insight to design our custom project, matching our design to your vision.
- Upon your approval, we begin our work. You will be aware of all arrival times for our team.
- Upon completion, we conduct a walk through together. We make sure you are 100% satisfied with our work and have met all project requirements.

How do permits work?
All JK Company work is in accordance with city/village code. We will secure all necessary permits for you. Your village/city may require permits for pergolas, decks, etc, but we will address all permit needs to ensure the best experience for you.
